PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From the offloading and installation of a single machine, to the supply or relocation of complete factory packaging lines, J.C. Packaging has the expertise and experience to manage the project on behalf of our customers.
As well as being able to draw upon equipment from our own portfolio of machinery, we are able to assist our customers with the selection, specification, procurement, installation and commissioning of third party equipment.
This flexibility enables us to put together full ‘Turnkey Project Proposals’ giving just one point of contact for our customers, leaving them free to concentrate on their core business.
Our Project Management Service would typically include:-
2. Planning, organising and scheduling of the project.
3. The application of a customer’s technical specification and control of any dispensation requests.
4. Control programme to ensure benchmarks are met with regular visits and meetings to monitor progress at supplier’s premises.
5. Generation and authorisation of all project orders and subsequent invoice settlement.
6. Coordinate and attend machine acceptance visits.
7. Prepare overall site construction program and liaise with the customer on access and plant shutdown requirements.
8. Oversee installation and final commissioning and acceptance.
9. Supervise all contractors in the execution of their work.
10. Identify any training requirements with the customer and coordinate as required.
11. Co-ordinate snagging of final installation.
